General
No guarantee of availability at the park — first come, first served.
Park strollers are hard plastic with no recline and minimal shade.
You can't take rentals between parks — must unload and re-rent each time.
You won't have a stroller or scooter from your car to the entrance of the theme park.
You will save time since you won't have to go through a line at each park to get the equipment.
To ensure availability, we suggest booking your rental as early as you can—particularly during high-demand periods such as holidays, spring and summer breaks, and major conventions. Online bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Requests with shorter notice may still be accommodated, but they will depend on current availability.
Yes, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation.
If you cancel 48 hs before your delivery date, cancellation will be free.
If you cancel 24 hs before your delivery date, we will keep 1 day of rental fee.
If you cancel on the same day of your delivery date, we will keep 2 days of rental fee.
Several attractions at Walt Disney World Florida allow guests to remain in their mobility scooter through the queue, with many, particularly slow-moving rides and shows, allowing them to stay in the vehicle during the experience. Here are some examples:
Animal Kingdom:

For the queue: Expedition Everest, Na' vi River journey, Kali River Rapids, Avatar Flight of Passage , and more.
Hollywood Studios:
For the full experience: Fantasmic, Disney JR, Disney Villains, The little mermaid's Musical, Frozen Sing Along, Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, Vacation Fun, etc.
For the queue: Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and more.
Epcot:
For the full experience: Garden Rock Concerts, Journey into imagination, The American Adventure, Reflections of China, Journey of water, Beauty and the beast Sing Along, Impressions of France, Awesome Planet, Seabase Aquarium, etc.
For the queue: Test Track, Mission Space, Guardians of the galaxy, Soaring, Frozen Ever After, and more.
Magic Kingdom:

For the queue: Haunted Mansion, Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Astro Orbiter, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Tomorrowland Speedway, and more.
Most attraction lines (except for Hogwarts Express™) are not designed to accommodate Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs). However, all queues are accessible for guests using wheelchairs provided by Universal, with the exception of Pteranodon Flyers™ at Universal Islands of Adventure. For assistance there, you can speak with an Attractions Attendant.
Some attractions allow guests to remain in their standard wheelchair throughout the experience, while others are designed for an easy transfer from a wheelchair to the ride vehicle.
Even with these limitations, you can still use your scooter to get around the parks comfortably—helping you save thousands of steps during your visit.
Yes! We deliver to most hotels and Resorts around the theme parks areas.
For non-Disney hotels: Scooters and Strollers are delivered before your arrival, always waiting for you to pick it up at the designated area by each property.
For Disney resorts: You can select your preferred delivery and pickup time during booking, Disney does not hold this items for you, making it mandatory to meet with us in person at the resort.
Most scooters are capable of running throughout the day, though battery performance can vary depending on factors like rider weight, terrain, and the specific model. Typically, you can expect around 6 hours of use on a full charge.
We recommend charging the battery during the night, while you sleep, so you can enjoy a full day at the park without any problems.
