Why choose to rent with you instead of directly at a theme park?

Accepted Answer

No guarantee of availability at the park — first come, first served.
Park strollers are hard plastic with no recline and minimal shade.
You can't take rentals between parks — must unload and re-rent each time.
You won't have a stroller or scooter from your car to the entrance of the theme park.
You will save time since you won't have to go through a line at each park to get the equipment.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

To ensure availability, we suggest booking your rental as early as you can—particularly during high-demand periods such as holidays, spring and summer breaks, and major conventions. Online bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Requests with shorter notice may still be accommodated, but they will depend on current availability.

How will I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You’ll receive a confirmation by email once your information has been verified. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please reach out to us. Please note that reservations are not guaranteed until they have been confirmed.

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 
We do not accept cash.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation.

If you cancel 48 hs before your delivery date, cancellation will be free.
If you cancel 24 hs before your delivery date, we will keep 1 day of rental fee.
If you cancel on the same day of your delivery date, we will keep 2 days of rental fee.

Which Disney attractions let me stay in my scooter or wheelchair?

Several attractions at Walt Disney World Florida allow guests to remain in their mobility scooter through the queue, with many, particularly slow-moving rides and shows, allowing them to stay in the vehicle during the experience. Here are some examples:

Animal Kingdom: 
For the full experience: Discovery Island Trails, Zootopia:Better Zoogether, Conservation Station, Wilderness Explorers, Wildlife Express Train, Maharajah Jungle Trek, Finding Nemo Show, Festival of the lion King, etc.
For the queue: Expedition Everest, Na' vi River journey, Kali River Rapids, Avatar Flight of Passage , and more.

Hollywood Studios:
For the full experience: Fantasmic, Disney JR, Disney Villains, The little mermaid's Musical, Frozen Sing Along, Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, Vacation Fun, etc.
For the queue: Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and more.

Epcot:
For the full experience: Garden Rock Concerts, Journey into imagination, The American Adventure, Reflections of China, Journey of water, Beauty and the beast Sing Along, Impressions of France, Awesome Planet, Seabase Aquarium, etc.

Which Universal attractions let me stay in my scooter or wheelchair?

Most attraction lines (except for Hogwarts Express™) are not designed to accommodate Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs). However, all queues are accessible for guests using wheelchairs provided by Universal, with the exception of Pteranodon Flyers™ at Universal Islands of Adventure. For assistance there, you can speak with an Attractions Attendant.
Some attractions allow guests to remain in their standard wheelchair throughout the experience, while others are designed for an easy transfer from a wheelchair to the ride vehicle.
Even with these limitations, you can still use your scooter to get around the parks comfortably—helping you save thousands of steps during your visit.

Do you deliver to hotels?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We deliver to most hotels and Resorts around the theme parks areas.

For non-Disney hotels: Scooters and Strollers are delivered before your arrival, always waiting for you to pick it up at the designated area by each property.

For Disney resorts: You can select your preferred delivery and pickup time during booking, Disney does not hold this items for you, making it mandatory to meet with us in person at the resort.

Are scooters hard to use?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Our scooters are designed for easy, user-friendly operation — no experience needed.

Question 12

How long will my scooter battery last?

Accepted Answer

Most scooters are capable of running throughout the day, though battery performance can vary depending on factors like rider weight, terrain, and the specific model. Typically, you can expect around 6 hours of use on a full charge.

We recommend charging the battery during the night, while you sleep, so you can enjoy a full day at the park without any problems.

What happens if it rains?

Move your scooter under cover immediately — electrical components can fail if soaked. Scooters that get wet may stop working until fully dried.

Question 14

How do I prevent others from using my scooter?

Accepted Answer

Each scooter includes a key switch. Just remove the key when not in use and take it with you at all times.

Question 15

Can you deliver directly at the parks?

Accepted Answer

No companies are allowed to deliver or pick up mobility scooters from the parks. The only time we can come to the parks is when there is an issue with the scooters.

Can someone sit in my lap on the scooter while I drive?

Accepted Answer

No, do not do this. Even if the weight of the two riders combined does not exceed the limit it throws off the center of gravity and weight distribution of the scooter.
